Things to do
In-house
We are an epicurean house! One of the first things you ought to do is book dinner.
Our chef, Antoine Loiseau, has aspirations to create the best food in the region. He is helped by his profound understanding of local produce (his partner is a shepherd) and his creative flair and driven by a love of gastronomy and service. He’ll be serving up his creations every evening, with wine to match.
Which brings us to wine…
Gavin, host and resident winemaker, loves four things: nature, wine, food and music. He is an adept singer songwriter, a superb guitar player as well as being a great, intuitive winemaker. He is ready to welcome you into his world which features all four.
